Because of the form script being used on this page, this subscription page is temporarily located on the webmaster's server at sundaysoftware.com.  When you fill out the form and click on SUBMIT you will be taken back directly to rotation.org. The form forwards to workshop-rotation-on@mail-list.com -the service Rotation.org uses to manage the email newletter. Your email address is not shared.  It is used only for the Rotation.org Email News. The coordinator@rotation.org is the only one given notification of your subscription.  If you have aggressive Spam controls, it may block both the confirmation which will be sent to you, and the enews. Check your spam filter's "trap" if you don't receive a confirmation within 1 hour.

Please Read this before submitting your email address:

1) After you click "submit" look for the confirmation email which you must reply to. If you don't reply to it, your subscription won't be complete. This confirmation email will be sent within 1 hour.

2) Overly aggressive Spam blocking software MAY BLOCK the email confirmation which this form returns to you for confirmation --thinking it is spam. If you do not receive a Confirmation Request from workshop-rotation-request@mail-list.com within 1 hour, it is up to you to check your "spam filter" for this confirmation.

If you are using an overly agressive anti-spam program, it may also identify our enews as spam and put it in your spam trap or folder. You will need to check your spam folder and manually "deliver" our enews to your email program. Select the option to "always" let email from our enews address to deliver.

Technical Reason: We use an email newsletter service (mail-list.com) to distribute our enews. To some overly aggressive spam programs, the enews' hidden "header" in the mail looks like our enews is coming from somebody other than rotation.org, so your spam filter MIGHT reject it.

3) The Rotation Email News is sent as an HTML formatted email with bold/color fonts, and the occasional graphic. If your email program is set to receive email as "PLAIN TEXT" you will receive our email news, but without the nice formatting.

About the Email Newsletter and Mailing List::

The rotation.org mailing list is private. It is only used for rotation.org news and is never sold or used by any other organization.

The Rotation Email Newsletter comes out about 10 times a year. It announces new materials at rotation.org, shares Rotation teaching ideas, resources, and Web Links that may be of interest to Rotation educators. It is free -thanks to those who support the site.

CHANGING/DELETING YOUR SUBSCRIPTION:

To change the email address receiving our enews...
If you want to change your subscription to another email address CLICK HERE and type your NEW address in the SUBJECT line of an email. This will delete your current address (the one you are sending from) and send the next issue of our newsletter to the new address.

To delete a former email address from our list:
If you have ALREADY CHANGED to a new address and your email program lists that new address in the FROM line, CLICK HERE and type your OLD address in the SUBJECT line of an email. This will delete your old address and add your new address.
