Bildad flys in a la Good Sam across the opening splash. Bildad scoots across and introduces the program. (Could we shorten up his scoot and have him stand on the rightside in order to make the QT smaller ???) "Shalom, I'm Bildad the Bible Explorer,
and this, why this is the most amazing book ever written, the
Bible, and today, you're going to learn one it's most important
stories, Jesus' story of the Prodigal Son. Notes for how Bildad should look during this sound file: 1. He zips onto screen with a small volume of a whoosh. Colin will supply woosh. 2. "SHALOM" His hands should raise to great the kids. 3. "I'm Bildad...." His thumb should point to his chest. 4. "...and this, why this is the most important.... " His hand should sweep to the center of the screen. 5. "...story of the Prodigal Son." He should lean toward the kids and tilt his head for emphasis. 6. "I've got a little multi-media presentation whipped up for you here in Luke 15...." Bildad should look a little proud when he says "multimedia" and pop his thumb over his shoulder to point to Luke 15 screen." 7. "head on over to....reflecting" Bildad should sweep his arm to point at these locations. He should be LOOKING at these when he says them then look back at kids for "Prodigal Fun game" 8. "Last one there's a rotten egg..." Bildad should pick up one leg and his arms to look like he's getting ready to run of screen (which he is). Remember Fred Flintstone's exits? A lot of cartoon characters pick up one leg just before they dash off. Remember to have him blink. |
