New Payment Policy Starting July 2008 all orders must be paid by credit card at the time they are placed. We will no longer accept checks or money orders, and we will no longer offer "30 days net" invoicing. This policy change is needed to reduce the cost of managing late payments, balance due inquiries, and time consuming hassles involved with trying to get some churches to pay their bills on time. For 90% of our customers who routinely pay with their credit card, this will mean no change at all. Exceptions will only be made in special cases. For more information, email neil@sundaysoftware.com or call us at 1-800-678-1948 Order Form Security Statement: When you link to our order form, you will notice the LOCK ICON appears at the bottom of your browser. This assures you that your connection is secure. Our Secure Order form is at https://secure.nghosting.net/~sunday/page1.php provided by www.nghosting.com Credit cards are processed through the NOVA/Elavon bankcard system, the world's largest card processor. Charges will appear under the name ''Sunday School Software Inc." Under no circumstances is your personal information or cc info given away or sold to any other company. Return Policy
PRICING POLICY: 1. All prices are subject to change and availability. Price changes are often announced in our catalog, our website, and in our monthly EMAIL NEWSLETTER. 2. If you order at the published price, and then a lower price is published prior to shipment of your order, you can request that your order be billed at the new lower price.* For example, if you order a CD at $30 and the price drops to $25 before we ship it, you can request to have the $5 refunded or taken off your invoice. Orders shipped BEFORE a price drop pay the price published at the time of the order. To make price changes retroactive to orders shipped just before the price change would create a bookkeeping/inventory nightmare. *Orders prepaid by check from old (and really old) catalogs are handled differently. In cases where the difference in cost is more than $10, we will contact the customer and/or refund the difference. Please use a current catalog when submitting a prepaid order. Orders prepaid with credit card receive the latest price. 2b. Ordering Additional Copies at Discount Price & Upgrading to a Site License If you have added another computer to your lab, and need additional copies of a program you have already purchased from us, Sunday Software is very willing to offer the additional copy(s) at the quantity price rather than the single copy price. Example: You have purchased Life of Christ at the Quantity Discount Price of $30 each. Later that year you get a fifth computer and need another Life of Christ CD. We will gladly sell that one copy at $30 rather than the standard single copy price. But YOU need to ask. Similarly, if you have purchased one copy of a program like Galilee Flyer, and then decide you want the site license to install it on five or more PCs, we will deduct your single copy's original price from the site license. The key to taking advantage of this policy is separately EMAILING NEIL when you place the order for additional CDs. Our online order form cannot calculate this intricate pricing policy. The other "key" is to request the discount in a timely manner. Limitations: This "later discount" and "upgrade to a license" policy does NOT apply to CDs purchased from other sources (we do sell some software through other distributors, such as Cokesbury). If asked, it is incumbent upon YOU to produce an invoice for the previously purchased CDs should we request one. 3. Sunday Software reserves the right to offer two different prices on a program on rare occasions. We try to keep this to a minimum, but on rare occasions we do offer a special lower price at our website, through a flyer, or through our email newsletter. We don't do this to be cute or alienate, but to encourage regular use of our website resources or to clear overstocks. And sometimes our online price reflects a discount which we can change online but obviously can't correct in your catalog. Always check the online pricing before ordering from our catalog. 4. We are not a "discounter," yet many of our prices are far below what you can find elsewhere. For example: Amazon.com used to sell Play and Learn Children's Bible for $29.99, we sell it for $15. Christian Book Distributors may carry one of our titles for a few dollars less, but rarely for more than 2 months or one catalog of theirs --and then they don't carry it at all. None of these companies will offer quantity discounts or teaching materials either! 5. We believe PRICE isn't the only consideration when buying software. From time to time, you may find a program being sold below our price. We would ask you to consider the following:
6. Our free Teaching Materials are free only because we can pay the bills by selling the software. Your purchase direct from us supports the creation and updating of these materials are indispensable to the programs. 7. Quantity Discount information is published, however, there are occasions when we can offer extra discounts to good customers on certain programs purchased in large quantity. Ask. FYI...Almost all of our quantity discounts and regular discounts below a program's retail price come out of our own pocket. We do not sell or lend our mailing list, email or customer information to anyone, period. If Neil knows you fairly well and you are a church, from time to time he might suggest that another church in your area call you for teaching advice or information. Security Policy: Our online ordering uses industry standard web secure transaction technology. Sunday Software reserves the right to refuse to sell our products to those with a bad attitude, bad credit, bad computer equipment (that they expect miracles from), have too many returns, and those who illegally copy or network software. We're not that desperate. We have and will continue to refuse to ship to individuals and/or churches who knowingly violate software copyrights by illegally copying or networking our software. Those who do are sad human beings who shouldn't be teaching kids the Word of God. We refuse to look the other way if they break the 8th Commandment. |
