Kenzie & Shelley:
We have
collected and resold Bible movie posters for
8 years now as a mission fundraising
and business project. Our dad has been collecting them for 12+ years and we have
some hanging in our rec-room and at our church.
A portion of every
sale goes into our college fund. And every couple of months
we sit down and make donations
to mission projects. We have made donations to Children's International. We have
also bought
recreation supplies for our church camp, donated to the
Red Cross, Hurricane Relief through Church
World Service, the school band, sponsored three
church mission trips, CROP Hunger Walk, Columbus Blue
Jackets Foundation (Children's Hospital) and
contributed to the Souper Bowl hunger project each year.
Dad:
One of
my favorite reasons to collect and help my girls distribute
these to churches is to preserve them.
Bible movies don't have a big collector base, so it's good to
see them preserved in churches where many can be enjoyed,
and can remind parents of the good movies they can show
their kids.

The "Hunky" Jesus
poster ....our most
popular
This is the poster from CBS' mini-series JESUS
which was first shown in Winter 2000 and was nominated for an Emmy.
That's Jeremy Sisto as Jesus and Debra Messing as Mary Magdalene. After
several phone calls to Trimark Studios we bought up the last of them just before
the company was sold.
Mint condition. Glossy heavy paper. With
a tad of trimming it fits easily into a standard off-the-shelf
poster frame. People
say: "we love this poster." Good video too.
Hunky Jesus Poster, $20
Why "hunky" ? That's a family joke. Oldest sister
said, "that's the best looking Jesus I've ever seen." ;-)

Gibson's The Passion of Christ
Shelley: I saw this movie and
was impressed, sad, and moved. I have a bunch of posters from
it.
This poster is larger than
most. Originally folder, comes rolled.
About 30" x 47", a little bigger than most and very
dramatic.

This is

reprint.
It is large, colorful and very nice looking.
Heavy paper. Excellent condition. One of our most popular posters over the years. Pretty hard to find.

Prince of Egypt poster...The original U.S. theater
version
This is a gorgeous
glossy poster. The dark brown in the poster in our graphic here is actually
beautifully multi-toned in the real thing. This is a beautiful
hi-gloss poster on heavy paper. Approximately 3'x4'.

This poster is
getting rare the farther we get from the movie's original release date.
The quality of the artwork (its depth and clarity) makes it the
best produced of the bunch. Not a Wal-Mart quality poster to
be sure. The most complimented poster in our collection.
The print by
the Chariot horses clearly reads "The
Power is Real, The story is forever...."

DAVID
Richard
Gere's movie: KING
DAVID
is a great Bible movie. And this original movie poster is very
collectible because of Gere being a celebrity.
Original good to excellent condition. Originally folded (as were
many original Hollywood posters), comes rolled.
We find about 3 of these a year and currently have
one in stock.
This increasingly rare
King David Poster is collectible.

Chronicles of
Narnia This 2005 film was a huge hit
and the posters are very good looking.

We call this the "King Peter"
poster
with Aslan in the back. It's big & bold.
Our version of the King Peter poster also
has the rare bold caption at the top which says "A New Day Will Dawn".
Most of the King Peter posters they made did NOT have this line.

be backordered unless you specifically request we "keep looking." A $5.50 postage charge will be added to those
backorders in that case.

Orders are normally processed
and shipped within two weeks.
All sales are final
with the exception of damaged or
wrong orders. "Damaged" is subject to interpretation. It is not
uncommon for some posters to have slightly rumpled edges that can be
ironed out, framed out, or glued down on foam core. Older posters
are rarely pristine and that is part of their charm. Some of the older posters may come folded
or with fold creases. This was how the industry shipped them
to theaters way back when and is considered one of the marks
of their authenticity. In many cases, the older posters also
have their theater print run numbers stamped on the back. We
do not sell damaged posters, but sometimes an older posters
to have some minor wear marks, or pinholes --as they were often originally
used in theaters. We will tell you in the descriptions above if
there are imperfections. In almost all these cases, framing them covers
worn edges and smoothes fold marks. The new Passion of Christ
poster also comes folded.
