| If your credit card was declined... |
If your order is declined, we will contact you via email and try to manually process your creditcard. In the meantime... 1. Check to make sure you typed your card number and expiration
date correctly. Do NOT put any spaces between the numbers. 2. Depending on your particular card company's requirements, the zip code may need to match the zipcode of your billing statement. In most cases, this isn't required. 3. International Customers: we MUST have a postal code to go in the 'zip code' field, or your card will be declined. Do not type "box" before the zip code number. International customers are strongly encouraged to read our international shipping notes. |

| Fixing Wrong or Duplicate Orders... |
If you inadvertently place identical orders, don't worry, we catch that stuff. In most cases you'll have about 24 to 36 hours after you place the order to contact us and request a change. Email is the best way to do that. |

This puts your shipping and order information into your computer's temporary memory, after which you can make changes to any of the pages before confirming. |
