| INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING From the US to Canada:
We ship via the postal service. In
most cases "in transit" time is 3 to 5 days. HOWEVER, we have had
several situations where the postal service took up to 21 days to
deliver a parcel beyond Ontario to the other provinces.
Please order with plenty of time to receive your order.

| Shipping Outside
of North America By
placing your order with us, you are indicating that you have
read these notes. You understand that shipping to your particular
country may cost more than the standard shipping cost shown on
the invoice during the online order process, and that you expect
additional postage will be charged to your creditcard at the
time of shipping.
- Additional
Shipping Charges will likely be added to your credit card charge.
We cannot determine an exact international shipping cost until
the package is presented for shipping.
- In almost all cases, we ship
via the postal service.
- We reserve the right not to
ship packages to certain countries.
- You are responsible
for all taxes and duties which your package may cost when delivered.
An ADDITIONAL International Postage Charge will be added to your invoice at
the time of shipping so that we may deliver
your package overseas with a guaranteed delivery confirmation via your country's
postal system.
"Additional Air Mail Shipping Charges"
are often another $3 to $10 per order to most countries. If you have concerns about this,
email us.
Some countries
do not offer delivery confirmation of packages unless they are
sent by "express." For example, package to New Zealand must be
sent Express mail only in order to have delivery confirmation.
Example: it is cheaper for us to
send to software to South Africa than to New Zealand because South
Africa has a less expensive delivery confirmation fee.
For our protection
and ours, we must be able to delivery to your address with tracking
and receive official delivery confirmation. This usually means we ship via AirMail
with Return Receipt/Registered Mail service, or via Global Priority
Mail or Express.
If you would prefer, you can
have your software mailed to a US address of your choice and
forwarded by a friend.
Overseas orders (beyond the US and Canada) will only be shipped when
all items in your order are available to ship.
If you order two items, and one is
not in stock, we will hold the first item until the second is ready,
and then ship both of them to you.

Import Taxes and
Canadian Taxes
You are responsible for paying any
import taxes determined by your government.
Just about everything individuals
import into Canada are subject to the Goods and Services Tax (GST) of
seven percent. The GST is calculated after customs duties have been
applied.
You will also have to pay the
applicable Canadian Provincial Sales Tax (PST) or Quebec Sales Tax (QST).
In Canadian provinces with a
Harmonized Sales Tax (New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, and Newfoundland
and Labrador), you'll be charged a flat 15 percent, rather than
separate GST and PST.
Software is duty-free under NAFTA.
You should not have to pay the Canadian import fee from the US. All
our software is made in the USA.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
within the
U.S. and CANADA: Express requests for
in-stock
items are normally shipped within 12 to 18 hours of the receipt of
your order. We do not guarantee express
arrival dates. We only guarantee that we will ship the item
within 18 hrs when you select "express."
We ship United
States Postal Express. That's overnight to most locations
in the U.S.,
but 2
days to some "rural" locations, and 2 to 3 days to Canada.* Canadian customs can delay express
packages.
During most times of the year, we
can deliver an in-stock item by Saturday if ordered before 3 p.m. on
Thursday.
If you order several items express, and some of the items are on
backorder, the in-stock item will ship express, and the
backordered items will ship standard shipping at your
additional cost when they come in stock. Thus, if you are ordering
several items express, we recommend you contact us directly to
clarify what's in stock. Please note: On regular orders, we
pay for shipping backordered items.
We reserve the right to hold
Express orders for up to two days during certain times of the
year in an effort to meet the needs of our customers who have
patiently placed their order with time to spare.
Ordering express on a Friday:
It's your gamble that it
will arrive Saturday. Again, we will contact you and make every
effort to meet your deadline. We strongly recommend express
delivery to a HOME address rather than church address. Orders
after 1 pm EST on Friday may not be shipped until Monday.
We discourage Express ordering.
Express Charges are
almost always non-refundable.
We are not responsible for
postal delays or late ordering, or Express orders for out of stock
items that are delayed in shipping. Contact us
via email or phone if you are cutting it close!
If you are placing a large order and only need one or two items expressed,
we strongly recommend SPLITTING the order into two different
orders-- one expressing those items you need immediately, and a
second order which you are not in a rush for. In most cases, this
saves quite a bit of money on large orders.

O Canada!
*Unfortunately, due to
Canadian
Customs, we cannot 100%
guarantee ANY delivery by a certain date to Canada. If your software
arrives express later than when you wanted to use it, you are still
responsible for the express charges. If you provided us with an
email address on your order form, we will respond to your express
request with an estimated date of delivery. We make EVERY effort to
fill Express orders in a timely fashion. We also ask our customers
to make every effort to order EARLY enough not to need something
expressed.

If your card is "declined"
we will email you and attempt to manually process the card. Sometimes
our creditcard process has trouble accepting international information.
We reserve the right to NOT ship
to certain locations or accept creditcards from certain countries
where there is a history of credit fraud or mail service problems.
If your Country is not listed
on our online countries list, type the name of the country in
the "special instructions" field on the order form.
