Below is a screenshot of our Tech Committee's area on our message board. It held all our minutes, documents, discussions, and schedules. Very handy for reference. When our committee met, we met in a room with wireless access so we could refer to online docs & agendas during the meeting and post meeting notes straight to the board. You can also see topics under discussion. The message board allowed us to discuss subjects in-between meetings --which meant our meeting were far more productive.

Teachers can look up their teaching schedule 24/7. CE plans are often discussed.Below that is the Worship area. The schedule area has lists of acolytes and ushers. The Worship Committee's private area is for their ongoing discussion and brainstorming of worship ideas.
Below is the General Area of our board. The mission trip discussion area is full of daily reports from our summer mission group, plus their photos posted while they were on the trip. Family and friends visited the board everyday to see what the group had been doing that day. Very popular board!
The HPC CHAT area holds our suggestion boxes.
