 iLUMINA GOLD PREMIUM is Vista Compatible when you update to the latest version of Quicktime 7.3 or higher.

Ilumina also runs on Windows 2000/Me/XP and Mac OSX.

After you install Ilumina Gold Premium, you need to go online and download the very latest free update to Quicktime 7.3 or higher from www.quicktime.com and install it on your computer.

This is something many Vista users are having to do with a number of programs which utilize Quicktime.

Quicktime is the FREE program the many multimedia producers use to run videos and animations in their programs. You may already have Quicktime installed on your computer. Ilumina Gold Premium requires version 7.3 or higher. If you already have Quicktime, open it up and click "Help" then "About" to check your version number. Quicktime is free from Apple and runs in both Windows and Mac.

Quicktime, Vista, and Ilumina Tech Note:

Quicktime has some settings that are easy to adjust. If you get a 'projector' error message after installing Quicktime 7.3 or higher and running Ilumina, do this:

  1. Open QuickTime Player.

  2. Click on Edit, then Preferences.

  3. Click on the "Advanced" tab.

  4. In the center of this window look for "Video" and select "Safe Mode"

  5. Click on "OK" and close out of QuickTime.
